Self Contained Basement

We are a couple living in our large family home with just one son still at home. It's a busy home especially at weekends and would therforel ike to rent our self contained basement to a professional person who would travel home at weekends. The basement has a bedroom, living room, small kitchen and shower room. The bedroom has a bed and built in cupboards. The living room has a settee, built in cupboard, shelves and small table and chairs and TV. The kitchen has a small oven, fridge and washing machine. Although we don't want a lodger at weekends, the basement would be for total sole use, so all belonging could stay. We are just on the edge of Petersfield, close to train station, town and easy access to A3. For more details please contact me.
