Portchester Train Station only 10 mins walk away, big Tescos 15 mins walk away and Fareham a 10 minute drive. Central Portsmouth is a 20 minute train trip away!! ALL inclusive and use of garden with a shed (in case you have a bike) NO COUPLES
There is one other full time lodger a lady whose room is upstairs and she has her own bathroom she is very quiet and is an accountant. Myself the house owner stays over occasionally as I live in Southampton.
