Double Room Near Baffins Pond

I have two large double rooms which we rent out, one is currently taken by a couple.

The room comes with a bed, large wardrobe, and two bedside tables. It has a bay window and overlooks the street.

The washroom on the first floor is for the shared use of the tenants of the above two rooms. (There is a power shower which is not shown in the bathroom picture on the back wall). There is shared access for all tenants to all areas of the main floor including the living room, kitchen, dinning room, sun room, toilet and garden.

There is virgin tv in the living room and wireless broadband.

There is also a washing machine and dryer available.

The garage on the property can be used for storage but not to park in as we already use it for a vehicle. There is plenty of parking on the street during the week.

The property has close access to Eastern Road and the M27. There is a bus route 2 streets behind us that takes you into Gun Wharf. We are also walking distance to the sea front.

This is a relaxed household for people who like to be social as well as are able to respect that everyone needs their own space.

We have a cat who is oddly friendly. She loves to be around people especially those who share her living space. We also have a bearded dragon on the weekends as she is a classroom pet and can't stay at the school.
