Single occupancy room, occasional visitors welcome, not suitable for couple sharing. £250 deposit. Bills (council tax, water, electric, gas, phone/broadband) included except for billable phone calls on landline.
Easy access to university, Gunwharf Quays, seafront, public transport and city centre.
