Room for rent in Port Solent property

The room is a spacious single or small double, depending on how ambitious you are. It comes furnished with a double bed and a built in cupboard. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and is shared with one of the other tenants. There is a shared kitchen and living area in the house which is split across three floors with a balcony and a garden. There is parking for two cars outside the property, but there is communal parking all around the area for residents.
I'm leaving to study at Uni and we need a young professional who is clean and tidy to fill the room. My two flat mates are easy to get on with and very hard working.
The rent is £333 a month, excluding utilities, and it usually costs me about £480 per calendar month.
