Single Room in Portsmouth Centre

Hi, I am currently in need of a new housemate. The room available is a single room and is fully furnished with a single bed, bedside table, desk, desk chair and double wardrobe, lamp and bin.

I am looking too charge £390 per month and this will include all bills.

I am a student at the university and am looking for a person who will appreciate the need for study time. Also someone who does not party all the time.

The flat is located in the centre of Portsmouth, with a five minute walk to the nearest train station (Portsmouth and Southsea) and the city centre, and is within walking distance of all the university buildings, town and the seafront.

The flat is fully furnished, with a combined living room/dinning room, a shared bathroom which has a shower and bath and a fully fitted kitchen with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The flat also includes high speed broadband.

The flat is available to move into from 31/08/14. Viewing welcome anytime in advance. If successful then it would be appreciated if a contract would be signed, but there are no agency fees.
