Room in modern town house available from early Mar

Room with a double bed, fully furnished, available from early March onwards (flexible start date, earlier preferred). I am unfortunately leaving the house as I have my own place sorted. I have a contract until June 30th so I am looking for someone to take the room on until then, and if you like it, to re-sign for the following year :)

The house is a recently built 3-storey townhouse with a garden with 5 other bedrooms. The place has all the mod cons, wooden floors, new kitchen etc (which has a fantastic view over the gardens at the back - see photos attached). The house has ample parking (2 spaces), and a separate bike shed.
The housemates are all students at The University of Southampton, 2 final years, and a couple of Phd students, and one working in academia. Everyone is very friendly and we all get together to eat as a house once every few weeks!
Rent is £365 per month plus water, electric, gas. (internet is free).

The property is located 8 mins walk from campus, and 10 mins from the centre of Portswood. It would suit a student, probably a final year undergraduate, or otherwise Masters or phd student etc. But open to anyone really! Get in contact if you have any questions!
