Modern top floor flat, all bills included

I'm looking for a chilled out, fun and respectful flatmate to share my flat with for the summer.

The flat is available from the start of June, short term basis, ideally between 1 and 3 months but I’m flexible, just tell me what you need.

About me; I'm a Naval Architect working in Southampton, and have lived here since coming to Southampton for uni. I'm into kitesurfing and wake boarding, hockey and running.

About the room: The room is a double bedroom, with a small double bed. There are currently two wardrobes with a shelf each, a set of drawers, and a desk in the room, however more furniture and storage can be arranged if you need it.

Whilst the room is not en-suite, the flat does have two bathrooms, meaning you would essentially have your own bathroom.

The shared kitchen/lounge area has a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and an impressive cocktail selection. There is also a fish tank, which at the rate the fish are currently dying, is a temporary fixture.

Parking on the road outside is free, with no permit required. There is a secure, gated underground area with bike racks.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence & Internet)

The flat is top floor (there is a lift), with very considerate neighbours. There is also a balcony (complete with BBQ/fire hazard) which has a spectacular view of the builders yard behind (which actually means that outside smells nicely of wood!!).
