The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk and chair.

The house is ideally located. Minutes from the amenities of Portswood Road (Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, post office, numerous restaurants to choose from and frequent buses running to and from the centre.)

It is only 5 minutes away from St Denys station and walking distance to the university’s Highfield campus. Pleasant cycle ride along the boardwalk to National Oceanography Centre.

Southampton Common is also nearby – ideal for picnics and bbqs!

No Agency. We have a very sweet private landlord, who is very attentive.

You will share the house with two considerate professionals and a PhD student, plus our 10-month-old daughter, who's absolutely no bother at all if you're looking for a quiet house. The house would suit professionals or PhD students, but we’re open to others who know how to share sensibly and respectfully.
