Hi, I have a large double bedroom to rent in a 4 bedroom house. The room includes ariel socket, 4 plug sockets, wireless broadband. The room can be supplied funish of unfurnished. If furnished, it will be supplied as per photo. The second floor has its own bathroom. Bathroom inlcudes a jaccuzi bath, mood lighting, sounds etc, complete with very good shower(hot water always).
House has a large lounge with 50" HD TV, wireless network. The house has parking for 3 cars, a nice size south facing garden, with decked area with seating, large brick built shed and lots of outside lighting. The house has 50mb broadband package, combi boiler so hot water all the time, a very large kitchen/diner backing out onto the garden and a seperate utility room. House also has washing machine/tumble dryer, 3 toilets, cloakroom, very large 8 burner cooker with 2 ovens.
