Two very light and pleasant attic rooms

Hi, I have two small but very pleasant rooms at the top of my house, (I live in the house) in Purbrook, it comprises of a single bedroom and a sitting room. It would be share kitchen and bathroom but the bathroom is right at the bottom of your stairs. The rent would be £80 per week and I would need from you two weeks rent as deposit and two references. You would have use of the washing machine and Wifi, but not the garden. There is a freeview television in your sitting room. I am a retired teacher, I have a friendly dog and there would be one other person living in the house, it is a fairly quiet house in a quiet area. Because of adequate but limited storage it would best suit a working short term tenant or someone for part of the week who needs a quiet and secure place to stay. The X9 bus runs past the house which stops outside QA, and then runs to Gunwharf , it is minutes from the A3M and there are buses nearby that go into the centre of Cosham, Waterlooville and Portsmouth.
