The price includes all bills as well and virgin installed in the room in. Front room is a communal area. Bathroom is shared with two other housemates.
2 weeks rent (£200) will be required up front as a deposit as well as a weeks rent paid in advance. Rent will then be collected in advance each week, there is flexibility if you wish to pay monthly (it is £430 p/m).
Current occupants are friendly and relaxed. Only real rule is that must clean up after yourself.
