We have a spare room available to rent while our house is on the market.
Sos would suit a shorter term tenant who can be flexible over the term of their rental.
We have a huge kitchen and two "lounge" type rooms for shared use with the current occupants (mother and daughter - the rest of the family has moved out leaving us with plenty of extra space)
We are looking for female tenants only. Ideally someone tidy who does not object to occasional viewings from potential buyers.
There is car parking space available on the drive if required.
Lastly we have two lovely little budgies as pets.
