Double Room In Ringwood To Let In Friendly House

A double room has become available in the house and we are looking for a nice person to fill it!
The house is in the Hightown area of Ringwood , about a 15 minute walk to the centre or 5 minutes on a pushbike,
The room is 15ft by 10 ft and is furnished with a double bed wardrobe and drawers.
You are welcome to use the other areas in the house such as the large kitchen, lounge, conservatory & garden.
You also have your own cupboard & fridge/freezer space in the kitchen.
We also have a washing machine. wifi and free landline calls.
We have a very good atmosphere here & will look for someone who fits in with that.
Basically someone who likes to mix in a bit & can make a bit of pleasant conversation.
We are always friendly and pleasant with people in the house and expect the same.
If people don`t get on it leads to a bad atmosphere!
Our main house rules are that you respect the other people in the house & the house itself by keeping it tidy.
We have a monthly rota where we are all responsible one week a month to clean communal areas and put the bins out.
You would also be expected to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom but I guess most people would take that as a given.
While bills are included this comes down to fair use.
If people leave lights on or take overlong showers (we are on a water meter) then a surcharge would be added.
The people here at the moment are myself and my wife who a lady in her 20s and a Filipino guy in his 30`s.
