Two furnished double rooms available

I have two furnished double rooms to let.

I live abroad the vast majority of the year (usually back for about a month or two in summer and sometimes at Xmas, so I would like two professional tenants (either a couple or separate) who are clean and tidy.

There is Virgin Tivo and fast broadband included in the price, along with all utilities & council tax.

There is also the use of a small garage.

The house is in a quiet area of Romsey with shops, pub, restaurant, takeaways and bus route to Winchester all within a 5 minute walk.

I don't mind smokers as long as they smoke outside.
