My house is a 5 mins walk from HMS Sultan and 10 mins drive from HMS Collingwood. There is a Tesco's a 5 min walk and various take-aways and local shops. Fareham town centre is a 15 mins drive and located on the major local bus routes.

Spacious house with plenty of storage space. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, chest freezer and floor standing fridge freezer.

I am a clean and tidy person sharing my home with my dog Ruby, a 5 year old Rottweiler cross German Shepherd, so you must like dogs and she will have to get to know you (not that I am putting you off).

The house is mid-terrace with plenty of parking and a very large garden with shed for any storage of a bike.
