Double room in large detached house nr Winchester

Hi, I'm seeking to rent out a large double room in a 4-bed detached house in Shawford, Hants (approx. 2-3 miles from Winchester centre with regular bus service - 2 mins walk - and its own mainline station to London Waterloo - 5 mins away). There are two country pubs close by, a convenience store just down the road and two supermarkets 5-10 mins drive away.

The room is let furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You have your own bathroom / shower / toilet.

Shared areas include kitchen, utility room, hall and lounge. There is off-road parking, Sky+ TV, PS3, broadband and the usual washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc

All bills are included.

As for me, I'm pretty laid back, enjoy chatting and socialising with like minded people, respectful of others' space, fair and honest... I'm looking for someone similar to share with!
