We have a house in Sherfield English with two rooms now available for rent. It's a three bedroom barn conversion set within a large, exceptional garden, leading to a private lake. There is also plenty of parking space. The property is very quiet and peaceful. Both rooms are furnished. The smaller room is a double on the ground floor, and is £400 inclusive. The larger room is an attic/studio, and is £500 inclusive (please note the attic room has an alternate step staircase). The kitchen area is communal; and the bathroom is to be shared with one other person.
The atmosphere of the house is relaxed and friendly.
