Room in an English/Philippine family household available for rent by a single person or couple. There is a double bed in the room but this can be changed for a single bed if you want more room. The monthly rent includes all facilities, full use of kitchen, bathroom and lounge and high speed wireless internet (Virgin).

We are just off Shirley Road within 2 minutes walk of several major bus routes and 20 minutes walk from the City centre. The house is in a zoned parking area with on-street parking. If you have a car, we will provide a parking permit at no cost to you.

My wife is looking for a philippine or asian lodger (female or couple prefered) but we are happy to consider anyone. However, you should be a tidy person. Our lodgers tend to stay with us for at least a year but this is not a prerequisite.

We are happy for prospective lodgers to come round for a look - the room is available to rent now.
