If you move into one of our houses, you will have a fabulous home to relax and to create memories in. You will also have great housemates to spend time with and the privacy of your own space.

Because we own our properties direct we do not need to use agents to manage them. Therefore we do not need to charge any fees and the fact its against the law to charge fees. Each contract is initially for 6 months, however you can release yourself from this early with one months notice and an early release fee of 75% of one month’s rent. So you know where you stand at all times should you need to leave quickly for that dream job. After 6 month your contract revert to a rolling month by month contract until you wish to leave with no exit fees to pay.

Bills are included in our shared houses and due to the current turbulence times we live in. A new contract may be issued at the end of your fixed 6
month contract, with a higher rent to cover the increase in costs. If rents are to go up after your 6 month contact, you will be given at least 1 months notice before hand.

You can also upgrade to a larger room, with or without ensuite, walk in wardrobes, luxury top end ensuite rooms (like a studio) in the same house or other houses and flats, that we own, when they come available. Or downgrade should you wish to save money. No fees charged for this, as this is a free service for our tenants.
