Bright and airy double room in a semi-detached house with a garden with use of the adjoining study, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Broadband and all bills included. The study is 1.5x as large as the bedroom and has a desk with swivel chair in front of the window, with a 6' bookcase and chest of drawers. To live with live-in landlord. The house is a 15 minute walk to Southampton General and Spire hospitals. On-road parking is available, without a permit, with easy access to M3 and M27.

The room is available immediately for short-term lets and I'm happy to discuss longer term lets. It would ideally suit anyone working at the General or University, which are both very local. I'm happy to accept post-graduate students or professionals, but the let would be unsuitable for undergraduates.
