1 Double bedroom + exclusive bathroom

We have a beautiful 3-storey house in Shirley and are looking for one extra person to share this house with. We are quite a busy household as we are all young professionals however we always have time to have a good cup of tea and often see each other whilst making evening meals in our lovely kitchen. We are tidy and considerate to other people especially in communal areas. We are looking for a person who is similar and friendly.

The cosy bedroom available is in very good condition. You will have your own exclusive access to your own bathroom kitted with its own bath. It is partly furnished but with some negotiation we can get more furniture in there if needed. For storage, there is an extra storage cupboard at the top of the house and there is also the garage.

It is available now (initially 1 month but likely to extend for a further 9 or 12 months when renewing the contract).

The house is in a quiet area just off Shirley High Street. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Southampton Central Station (5 minutes by bus) and a similar distance to Southampton General Hospital. Lidl, Tesco and the Easygym are close by.

The house also has a washing machine, dishwasher and a garage, which is handy for storing bikes. The street outside has many parking spaces and you don't need a permit to park there.

Postgraduates or professionals will be well suited to this house. Ideally, someone who is considerate to others especially in communal areas.

The rent will be £300. Bills are £80 per month and this includes all bills (gas, electricity, broadband, water and council tax).

If staying for longer than the end of March 2016, the person will need to enter into the contract. There will be administration fee of £60 to enter into the contract also. The person interested will need a guarantor living in the UK or will be able to provide evidence of working in the UK for at least 6 months.
