Cosy Shirley Room, Bills Included

One room available in 5-bedroom mixed house, all bills included - Water, council tax, internet, electricity and gas central heating. All rooms in the house are double-glazed and since heating is included, the house is kept cosy during winter.

Room is available furnished or unfurnished. Any marks on the cream walls will be repainted before you move in, the blue and red pseudo 3D effect can either be repainted cream or left as is if you like it.

Downstairs in the house there is a combined dining room, lounge and kitchen. Parking is on-street and there's always spaces either on this street or one over.

We're a pretty relaxed household, regularly sitting down to watch British Bake-Off, cooking together etc. Currently it's 3 young professionals and a PhD student.
