My son and I live in a pleasant, quite large 1920s detatched house which is very conveniently situated near the city centre and the General Hospital. Lodgers would have use of a bathroom and separate shower room, the kitchen and one of 3 sitting rooms. There is a washing machine and ample fridge and freezer space .
The prices quoted are per person, but if a room is occupied by a couple a reduction could be negotiated.
. We have had a number of people staying with us over the last few years, and with one exception we have really enjoyed the experience. We are looking forward to welcoming more people into our relaxed and friendly household, which includes the 2 cats!
