The room is being redecorated and capeted after being insulated. The fireplace is being removed for more space, a new triple glazed window and a Heat Recovery Ventilation Unit fitted. So the photos to the room are before this work is complete to give an idea of the ensuite and layout.

House mates, post graduates/professional: 3 females [on 1st floor one in s/c studio] 1 male 2nd flr.

The house is less than 10 minutes cycle from the University, the General Hospital and Central Southampton.

Thermostatically controlled gas heating [balanced flue room sealed] and electricity [shower, sockets and lights] to the room are on coin meters. NO other bills. 1Gb optic fibre Broadband. Wifi throughout house.

You share kitchen/large lounge with 3 tenants. Use of a washing machine, rear garden area and locked bike shed. You are expected to clean up after yourself but a house cleaner comes monthly for shared areas.

Registered HMO. Interlinked fire alarms, fire doors too all bedrooms and safety lighting in passageways.

Landlord lives away mostly and when visiting stays in separate annex. I do not share facilities.

6 months minimum preferred let.
