It's a well presented house with good size lounge, very large south-facing garden, bathroom and shower room as well. 2 fridge freezers, large cooker, ultrafast internet, etc.
Free parking available on the road outside and off-road parking for one car. The rent is £540 per month and includes all the bills.
Couples are welcome for an extra £200 per month rent and extra £200 deposit.
