I have a large double room with a double bed in a good house in Shirley, sharing with 5 professionals (2 males and 3 females).
There’s a lounge, new Smart TV, 900MB wireless internet, and 2 shower rooms. The new kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty of storage space.
We also have a nice garden, bike storage, free parking, etc. The rent is £570 per month and includes all the bills. The deposit is just £500.
Couples are very welcome for an extra £200 per month and an extra £200 deposit.
