A sunny single room to rent in a shared house on English Road, Shirley which is refurbished and maintained to a high standard. Close to the shops on Shirley High Street, with over 20 buses an hour into the city.

We like to make life straightforward, so at the end of each week you know exactly what living here will cost, so the rent includes all bills paid (gas, electric, water, sewer, council tax etc.) We don’t charge fees either, when you move in or out!

The rent includes:
- Exclusive use of the fully furnished room
- A shared kitchen, which is fully equipped with appliances, cooking equipment and utensils, plates, cups, knives and forks etc.
- An iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc. are also provided.
- Bathroom, with shower, wash hand basin and WC
- Separate Shower room with WC and wash hand basin.
- Weekly cleaning service for the common areas
- Wireless broadband access for your own laptop or computer.
- A Freeview box and TV point in the room. (License not included)
- Free 24 hour on road parking. No Permit required
- Lawned garden with patio furniture
- Lockable storage for bicycles, boxes etc
- Rear pedestrian entrance

All you need to bring is yourself, clothes, bed clothes, food and a TV for your room if you want one. Everything else is there.

The house is non smoking, but there is an outside sitting area for use if needed.
