The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
My house is in Sholing, and we would just share the kitchen and bathroom.
The price includes all bills, internet etc and is payable the first of every month :) :)
I live 5 mins walk from Sholing train station, and the local bus goes every 10 minutes to Southampton.
