Large en-suite room with private entrance

We have a room/annex available in our house in Sholing available now.

Single occupancy only.

The price for Mon-Fri is £525 pcm. We are happy to arrange in advance should someone need to stay on odd weekends. We will also consider 7 day rental for short-term lets.

About the space:
0n offer is a large room with en-suite shower and sink (a private use toilet is across the hall). The room comes with a king bed + bedding, a TV area with sofa and a desk. There are also built in wardrobes with plenty of storage.

Across the hall is the kitchenette with toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge-freezer, iron and ironing-board, plus a shared washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also have access to the fully-equipped shared kitchen on the floor above.

There is a door and stairs that separate your space from our kitchen and living area. You will have private access to the annex by using the side gate and back door from the garden. Please note that we will also use this door to access the garden with our dog but will only do so between the hours of approx 8am to 9:00pm.

Smoking is allowed but outside only please.

What’s included:
All bills. Includes fibre broadband and Sky Q (with Netflix) in your room.

About the area:
The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of on-street parking available right outside the property. You will always get a space outside the house. There are good transport links with 2 city centre bus routes within 5-10 minutes walk of the house. Sholing train station is 20 minutes walk away. The M27 is just a couple of miles away. Local shops are in easy walking distance.

About us:
We're a professional couple with 2 cats and a small dog so an animal lover would be great! You are unlikely to see much of the cats but our pooch is super friendly and will probably want to say hello when you’re in the upstairs kitchen. You can close the door on him when you're downstairs :-)

We've had 3 longer-term lodgers and a couple of short-term so we know the drill. We will respect your space and privacy but equally happy to interact a bit more in the communal space.
