A double room to rent in a lovely south facing flat, literally a stones throw from the beach! - with sea views on Southwood Rd, Hayling Island. It is near to the local amenities (2 minutes walk to 2 mini marts and cafe) and has a bus stop across the road that takes you around and off the Island (to Havant train station and Portsmouth etc)

Hayling is a great place, Windsurfing was invented here, Kitesurfing is huge, sailing and surfing! and more

The rent is £80 per week inclusive of all bills (including wireless internet and council tax)

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. the flat has been newly decorated with new contemp' kitchen and bathroom :o)

There is off road parking and also shared use of the outside lock up for bikes etc.
