We have 1 lovely furnished double room with built-in wardrobe available within our attractive 4 bed spacious & modern house.

The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac location, with ample parking right outside the house. It's right on junction 7, which is brilliant for commuters. Likewise, it's a very short walk to the main bus routes for Soton town and uni (approx 2. 5 miles to town centre).

We are a couple who own the home and are professionals in the Engineering industry, and spend Mon-Fri working. In our spare time we have busy social lives and train hard at the gym. We both have businesses outside of our day jobs too which keep us occupied.

The bedrooms we have available come with built in wardrobe space offering good storage. The rooms have Carpet to the floors, neutral decor and blinds at the windows, double beds, mirror, chest of drawers & side table (optional computer/study desk), TV aerial points. The main bathroom is predominantly for sole use of renters and our guests and is fitted to a high standard.

Our modern kitchen/diner consists of,

*ice machine
*washing machine
*dedicated cupboard space
*large hob & double oven

We're friendly, enjoy a TV night, VERY clean and house proud and are looking for this in a lodger. I would consider a house trained pet as currently we do not have any.

We have a regular cleaner who maintains the property, so only expect our lodger to declutter and clean behind themselves :)
