Hello,
My place is a very laidback, relaxed and calm environment to live in, whosoever moves in will land on their feet in terms of comfort and socially. Ideally be sociable, tidy, polite and have a sense of humour. These attributes will assure a cool stay at our place.
The area has good facilities ie train stop at bottom of road to the city, buses handy, 5 minute walk to Shirley high street for shops etc and a 15 minute walk to town. The university is also only about a mile and a a half away, a 20 minute walk or 8 minute cycle ride.
My house has my gentle, clean and calm greyhound called 'may moo' living there, so ideally be dog friendly. In the meantime may I thank you for taking the time to read my ad, look forward to hearing from you.
