I have a double room available in my flat, situated in a small development in a quiet cul-de-sac next to Weston Shore in Southampton. Room is furnished with doubled bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and desk.

I've redecorated the whole flat so you'll have the benefit of a recently decorated and furnished double room and have the main bathroom to yourself a lot of the time as I have an en-suite. There is Sky+ HD in the living room as well as wireless broadband.

I'm a 29 year old accountant working in Southampton city centre. Ideally looking for a similar professional person (male or female). Happy to consider short-term lets or Monday-Friday lets.

The flat is approx. 10 mins drive from the city centre and on a main bus route.
