We are two female students looking for a quiet, clean and considerate flat mate as soon as possible. We're not the crazy partying type, so don't let the student status put you off!

The spacious room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. Both the shared bathroom and kitchen are modern and kept in very good condition.

The flat is in a really nice area, and a prime location being 5 minutes from Ocean Village and a short walk to the middle of the town centre.

We have a joint account for bills which covers electric, gas and internet which works out as about £100 for three months (£30 a week each) for everything. Underground parking is available for an additional £50 (we think!) which would need to be organised with the Lettings Agents.

Being third years, we have a lot of work to do and would like to finish our final year with a friendly person who will make sure we get our deposits back at the end! The tenancy ends on the 30th of June.
