Single room in shared house in Highfield

The room a couple of years ago -- from a different angle.

We are looking for a housemate to share our house in Highfield. The room is relatively small, so the rent is only £63 per week. The room is furnished, currently with a raised bed, but this can be changed if necessary - our landlord is very accommodating.

The house is large, with a fully-equipped kitchen and living area, a garden, a telephone and fast internet. We live in a quiet side street, 5 minutes' walk to the university, 5 minutes from Portswood and close to a Unilink bus stop. There is permitted parking in the road outside the property, and currently one of the two permits we can get from the council is unused.

We're postgraduate students, and some of us have lived in this house for several years. We have a good relationship with our landlord. We are looking for a non-smoking postgrad student or young professional who wants to live with friendly people, and is easy to get along with.

(You will hopefully notice that the photos of the room I've uploaded are of the room in two of its previous states. It currently has the raised bed. However, a previous housemate had a double bed in there. I'm sure someone out there might want it in that arrangement again, so I thought I'd put those photos up too.)
