En-suite double room available

We have a furnished double bedroom available in a modern house. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the room which you will have uncontested use of since we have our own en-suite. You will also get an allocated off-street parking space. The location is nice and quiet with a sunny garden. The room is available from 6th September.

You would be sharing with two young professionals (married couple) and our cat. Beth is a nurse so we're looking for someone who can respect that she will sometimes have to sleep through the day after a night shift! We would like to share with a fellow young professional and would also prefer a female housemate as that has worked well for us in the past. Someone sociable to share the odd bottle of wine and watch some TV with would be ideal!

All bills are included, with Sky TV, broadband and a bi-weekly cleaner.
