Ensuite dbl room available for young professional!

Hi All,

I have available an ensuite double room available. Furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, floor lamp – all the essentials. The ensuite consists of shower, sink, cabinet, toilet.

The communal areas of the flat consist of a decent sized lounge with large corner sofa, tv with BT vision and sky sports, dining tables and chairs. Off the lounge there is a good sized balcony with BBQ – for the summer months, as well as a good sized kitchen.

The flat is located in the Chapel development just 10 minutes walk away from the City centre. I work in an office job Monday to Friday 9-5, with occasional trips away, and would ideally look for a flatmate who is in a similar work pattern. Ideal flatmate, someone who likes to have fun, but equally has their “down time” during the week – is that you? I’m a good cook and happy to cook in exchange for a good washer upper!

Room is available from middle the start of June - moving in anytime after.
