The rent is £400 a month and includes ALL bills. The house benefits from all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and several fridge / freezers! The house also benefits from broadband, large garden, power shower, patio, garage for extra storage, off road parking and communal lounge! We are a friendly, clean, quiet household, all professionals so seeking a similar 4th professional person to move in (no students, smokers or couples though...sorry!) Deposit is £200. Room is available from 9th May 2015
