Who you will be living with-
My name is Michelle and I live in a terraced house with my 22 year old son Massimo. I am a healing practitioner and a support worker. I speak italian fluently and a little French.
I currently have one rooms available. Both are roughly the same size, offering the same facilities.

About-
My home is tranquil and clean. I am house proud and like to maintain my home to a good standard. I have 2 cats and 4 chickens that live in my garden.

Your bedroom-
The room has all necessary amenities, including wardrobe, bedside cabinet, other storage spaces, bedside light, and one set of bedding is provided.
The rooms have have recently been newly refurbished, making them look cosy and fresh. They are well lit which have plenty of natural lighting. The rooms overlook the garden. They are located at the back of the house, therefore, there is minimal road noise.

Bathroom-
The bathroom is an adequate size, which is equipped with an over bath electric shower and wc which is shared .

What your rent includes-
You will have use of a good WiFi signal. All bills are included. You are provided with a set of bedding. Toilet paper, hand soap and dish washer liquid are all provided. Cleaning of communal areas are kept to a good standard.

Use of washing machine and dryer is available. Outdoor airer available for drying your clothes in dry weather also an option.

KItchen-
You have use of the kitchen which is adequately sized and equiped with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and American fridge freezer. There is plenty worktop space. There is a table and chairs for seating.
Lounge-
I prefer to keep my lounge private sorry.
Heating & hot water-
The home has gas central heating and hot water which are on a timer.

Outdoor-
I have a large garden with patio where you can relax weather permitting.
You are welcome to use the barbecue if you wish.

Parking and amenities -
There is offstreet parking and a good bus route into the city centre. The house is located within walking distance to the Southampton General hospital. 5mins drive, or 15 mins walk away.
There are a variety of stores within walking distance, which include, a pharmacy, newsagent, vape shop, Dominos pizza and a kebab take away. There are various food outlets nearby, which include Tesco express and Lidl, closing at 111pm. David Lloyd sports club – 5 min walk.
Solent Uni – Bluestar 17 & 4 – 35-40 min
West Quay shopping centre – Bluestar 17 & 4 – 30-35 min
Blue Star bus station – 3 min walk
