We have a furnished room available in our shared house.
Rooms are available to anyone: professionals and students.

We are looking for one person to stay in each of our rooms.

A bigger room from 7th August 2018 for only £90/week.

The monthly rent includes Council Tax and all the utility bills
[internet access, heating, water, electricity, tv licence,
broadband (200MBit/s) and access to a landline phone].

Our house is fully furnished - including a kitchen with
washing machine and a room with portable clothes dryers etc.
The rooms are fully furnished with beds, desks, wardrobes...

Rooms are available in a nice clean shared house
close to the Southampton city centre,
Southampton Solent University & City College.

Our furnished rooms suit any professionals and students
as the house is very close to college / uni (only 5 min walk).

Ideal location not far from the central High Street (10 min)
and other amenities can also easily be reached walking.
