Flat share, plush renovated victorian building

Seeking a room mate, my current roomy is traveling back to their country and I will have a spare room available from the end of May.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen and frontroom, parking space and security gates.

It is situated a stones throw from the ocean village marina and very close to the main town centre, it also has bars and restaurants close by on the same road.

The building its self is a victorian stlye town house which has been renovated in to modern flats. This gives the place real character and is very individual, (I have never lived in a house with pillars until this one)

The place is fully furnished, both rooms have built in wardrobes and there are separate bathrooms.

I have no preference to who moves in. Just so you know the type of person you are considering right now, I am a professional in the recruitment industry and work 8-6 most days unless I am away in London with work, which is fairly frequent.
I enjoy clubbing, I DJ around the UK regularly, If music bothers you chances are I probably will too, if music is your thing, we got a lot to talk about!

On weekends when i am not working or clubbing i like to chill playing on my xbox, bit random to say but I know this bothers some people.

The price shown is everything, rent, electrics, council tax, sky tv, broadband etc.
