Looking for a student to move into our shared house in southampton central. We are a group of fine art students, studying at Solent University. We're not looking for anyone in particular, but the tenant would have to expect the occasional house party and gathering of Solent's game club.
The double room is fully furnished. There is a shared living room and 2 bathrooms; one upstairs and down. No garden, but there is a parking space.
No smoking in the house and no pets.
Bills are not included in the rent.
