Hi there . Im a single female' looking for some one to rent the room in my house which becomes avalible soon.... I have off road parking avalible as well as broadband... For all the people who uses the net. Im a live in landlord 25 years of age polite and friendly. But also like my own space from time to time.. I dont mind pets as long as you look after them and they do not become a problem for me or in my house... The room is partley furnished .has a bed a wardrobe .. And a stand to put your things on... Like a unit... I dont smoke so if you do im afraid its outside if you do... The house is located near the city centre those of you who like the city .. So near travel and shops etc..
