I am a live in landlord and have a double bedroom to let which comes fully furnished, built in wardrobes, TV and also use of your own bathroom. The Flat has a balcony sea facing and also a roof terrace. It is City Centre and close to Oxford street and Ocean Village. Walking distance from the train station and a stones throw away from the ferry terminal. All bills included.
Unfortunately the flat does not have parking but there is a council car park near by and on road parking which is pay and display. Free in the evenings.
