Spare room on offer in roomy townhouse located at the bottom of central Southampton. 2 Minutes walk from the parks, 5 minutes walk to westquay and 10 minutes walk to London Road/ Bedford place.

We are two girls aged 22 and 27 and we have a spare double room to rent in this 3 storey townhouse with driveway parking available.

The room is fully furnished and really spacious. The room is next door to the upstairs bathroom cloakroom/ WC with a bath and a good shower over it. The property features a spacious kitchen and lounge with sky tv and large balconies on both.

We are a friendly sociable house and would like someone who is equally sociable. Although we both work hard during the week so its a very chilled house during this time. Please get in contact if interested. please note females only unless it's a couple.
