We are looking for a professional to share the accommodation with the current tenants, the room available is on the top floor of the house and is a good sized double room. A double bed, desk and fitted wardrobes are included. The whole house is in very good decorative order and has a cleaner for the communal areas every 2 weeks. The communal kitchen is of a good size and includes an oven and hob, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher and table and chairs. There are 2 shared bathrooms with bath and shower and a separate downstairs toilet. The communal lounge has leather sofas and a television with Sky TV. Wifi is also included in the rent. There is a small rear yard with a shed.
