We are looking for someone new now to share as sadly, we recently wished good luck to our other lodger who moved abroad after three years with us.

The home is calm, peaceful, relaxed, but sociable, where a cuppa and a chat is enjoyed rather than a party house.

The home has all mod cons like a large kitchen /diner with American style fridge/ freezer, range cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, stereo, wood flooring, wifi etc.

The French doors lead onto the garden which has seating and a pretty little garden with a small lawn, rambling grape vine and flowers.

At the front of the house there is a small parking space.

The very modern shared bathroom has a bath and shower.

The bedroom, is a double size, with a double bed, wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers and bed side table.

The home is also on a main bus route and close to shops & cafe's.
