Free parking is available on the road and the house has two off-road parking spaces. There is a living room with a TV, coffee table & corner sofa and the house has a good size kitchen/dining area with dining table, chairs, electric hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezers etc.

We are friendly housemates (aged 25-29) with differing professions looking to replace our departing housemate with somebody who is also as sociable with the people they live with - NOT just looking to co-habit.

Only additional cost is TV licence split four ways annually.
