Hi, we look forward to meeting you and having a chat. The house is newly decorated and has a large garden, with some decking for sitting outside, if you wish. There is a clean fitted kitchen and bathroom.

The bedroom is bright and airy and looks out onto the garden so it is nice and peaceful. Double glazed windows throughout property and centrally heated via radiators. There are no pets in the house and it is located in a quiet residential road with low-frequency traffic.

Shared use of electricty and gas, which are typically low. No Council Tax or water rates to pay. Currently no Braodband, but can be arranged on further discussion. Excellent local transport links to city centre (10 minute bus ride), Bus stop literally 30 seconds up the road.

City centre has a wide variety of shops and the largest shopping mall on the south coast. Very close to seafront and train and coach station links are nearby and within easy walking distance from the train and coach station.
